I travelled with Direct Ferries in March 2014 having booked and paid in early February, it's now mid September and I have received no cashback from them. However they were the best deal at the time so I would have booked with them regardless but I really do dislike being lied to and it is this sort of behaviour puts me off using them in the future.

LIARS - same for me they have rejected the cashback claims stating that the order was cancelled - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS MERCHANT !!!!!!!
