Had to dispute due to a cashback no-show after a month, possibly confusion with booking as freight and not a passenger? Who knows. Resolved and paid fairly quickly once disputed.

Had to chase up. There was a problem with the booking that may have caused this but nonetheless I went straight from topcashback to directferries and should not have to chase up.

I travelled with Direct Ferries in March 2014 having booked and paid in early February, it's now mid September and I have received no cashback from them. However they were the best deal at the time so I would have booked with them regardless but I really do dislike being lied to and it is this sort of behaviour puts me off using them in the future.

No confirmation for over 2 days. I had to wait over 90min on the phone to speak to an adviser and she could not help me. I have seldom experienced such an appalling service

I ve been teying for almost three weeks to amend a reservation that i did on direct ferries to for a ferey from piraeus to chania crete o to make it on the 29 th of july instrad 30 th of july . I get confirmations by email thatbitvis done then the next day a mail saying that it has not been done veey slow custommer service in replying and you have to call a uk landline where u do an int call they keep you waiting for 15 min ir so and nothing changes . So far a big failure and i would not recommend to anyone
