I purchased a ferry ticket with DFDS via topcashback, and never seen the promised 7 GBP cash back. Submitted a complaint with all relevant info proving the purchase, but a month later still nothing. Disappointing. As a recent topcashback sign-up, frankly it is making me lose trust in the whole concept.

This provider is getting worse and worse. Last few transaction have been reject with no good reason. I have not had any problem with P&O as yet, so will be using them more from now on. I hope this helps!

This merchant is getting worse and worse. I have now had 2 failed tranactions, one with the excuse that they cannot trace the reference number. I think I will be using P&O from now on since I have not had a failed transaction from them!

Would not recommend counting on cashback with DFDS. Very happy with the product but neither of my two purchases tracked. The first purchase paid out after being chased but many months afterwards. The second purchase despite extensive proof DFDS flatly refused to pay out. They then claimed cashback was paid somewhere else for my purchase. It wasn't. Well.... not to me at any other cashback site, and DFDS wouldn't provide details of where else they thought they had paid it. I had screenshots proving the transaction they refused to apy but this made no difference to DFDS. The important thing here, is that Topcashback were absolutely wonderful in the efforts they made at my request trying to get this cashback. They went far beyond what I could have expected. I will happily continue making other purchases through Topcashback so that hopefully they will be able to earn on other tranactions as a thankyou. Thank you again to Topcashback.

Booked the trip, cashback payable quite soon after the trip had been taken, account shows tcb have received the money but I have been waiting weeks for the money to be paid in an amazon voucher but tcb say they have some concerns with my purchase but will not tell me exaxtly what their concerns are!! I booked 2 trips for different times and the cash back was over £60 and even though tcb have received the money from dfds they still have not paid me.....so in effect they have stolen my money!! Needless to say I will not be using this site again so beware folks!! And for the record, the food on the ferry was fantastic. Huge seafood display, prawns, crab, crayfish as well as loads of starters, desserts and cheeses. And they certainly can not be blamed if the sea is rough and you are sick like someone mentioned in a previous comment!! Inhave travelled with dfds for years and always found them to offwr excellent value and service. (You even get free sea sickness tablets lol)

Obvious from the comments below that this is a cashback scam. Cashback always closes at £0.00. Useless cut an paste comments from TCB despite the fact that it is obvious what DFDS are doing. DO NOT rely on cashback from DFDS.

Having found that the Cash Back had not been recorded I submitted a claim. I then received notification that it had been sorted with a proviso that it may in the future be returned to zero cash back. Closed claim next day changed to zero cash back. Now looking to spend around £280 to book a ferry to Ireland work out who will NOT get the buisness.

This cruise was the worst one I had experienced. The ship rocked so much that I was seasick for the whole time onboard and couldn't get any sleep or consume much food. Also, the buffet food they offer in their seven seas restaurant is a total ripoff for the price they are charging you bearing in mind that the price does not even offer you basic tea or coffee. It costs £2.50 for a bottle of water. I find it is unacceptable and despicable that hot drinks are not included in a £26 buffet plus the customer service is appalling from the waitresses. Don't query the price with them cos they do not like it. As with the food, don't expect anything spectacular or expensive, just something you can eat from normal supermarkets and there were flies hovering over the cold food and desserts which was disgusting. Oh and they only allow you to have 2 hours to eat so it wasn't a relaxing dinner at all. The worst thing about this company is they are irresponsible and deceiving. They will not own up to their staff's mistakes even though they admit their staff gave you misleading information causing financial loss to the customer. I would strongly NOT recommend this company to anybody at all. P&O is much much better. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

Booked and paid for trip in early June 2010. Cashback amount showed up fairly quickly in my TCB account but took forever to jump over to the other columns before getting to the money due column. This does say that on their feedback but I do find it painfull to have to wait that time. Still - i got the dosh without having to escalate.
