Declined cashback
Declined cashback - claimed did not the order . I even suggested sending a photo of me standing on the ferry to prove I had booked . Very disappointed .

Fully valid purchase made which tracked fine and then got declined. Submitted a ticket and got told it was decelined without reason and got the same response when I challenged it. Travelled Aug 23. Wont use them again. From experience Quidco cashback tracks alot more regularily than Topcashback even though the rates are less.

This supplier will not pay out cashback!!! Opt for a different provider.
This is the second time this provider has declined a perfectly valid cashback request. Each time I purchase my tickets, the investment that I make is above £150, so the cashback is quite important to justify the investment, otherwise I would simply choose a different provider. This is quite disappointing, and it is surprising that TCB allows them to continue to advertised their business when they do not any intention of paying up the cashback that is owed. I am very disappointed at this extremely unfair situation.

Refused to pay what they promised
As other users report, they refused to pay what they promised. Never thought such an international company would act like a pirate. The excuse this time is "they cannot prove that this has been the result of a TopCashback referral." Shameless.

DFDS are nothing short of a joke. Start to finish, you are best avoiding them at all costs.

Didn't pay
As a ferry company, they're solid. But having followed their guidelines to the letter - cleared cookies, clicked through, completed transaction all in one browser session - no cashback tracked. When they reviewed the missing cashback submission, they declined as "retailer guidelines not followed". Looks more like trying to get out of paying 4% of a hefty booking. A reminder always to see cashback as a bonus if it comes through, and not deciding which retailers to use based on the cashback. So all good, but just disappointed.

Consistently refusing payout
I've used DFDS via Topcashback on several occasions - on each occasion except 1 they have refused the cash back payout, using different excuses, including that cookies may not have been reset; used a wrong offer, etc. I think they are using Topcashback to attract customers without any intention of making cashback payments. Annoyed

DFDS cancelled my cashback after waiting a long time, apparently because the transaction did not track (it did, I was very careful). What I think happened: due to delays at Dover, I missed my scheduled ferry and was put on another later one. Mabye my inital booking was edited on their system and that made it cancelleable. Very disappointed that the cashback was cancelled.

I always have problems with DFDS. They always find a way to decline despite everything being done by the rules. DFDS is a very unreliable merchant.

Two months after the purchase and nothing is tracking. I have sent 'nudges' and there is no response to whether or not my cashback is pending etc. Very poor service by DFDS.

The last 4 transactions all tracked correctly only to be declined a couple of days later. All bookings done correctly, no voucher codes used, sailings completed. 3 bookings were Dover/Dunkirk and all claims were rejected as "Transaction cannot be traced". The 4th was Newhaven/Dieppe which I was surprised to find my claim was accepted for this route. I know cashback is never guaranteed, but with DFDS you can almost guarantee they'll decline your cashback!

Shocking Merchant. Has declined cashback two days after we got back!!! This was a clear purchase through topcashback using site discount and tracked immediately. There should be absolutely no issues regarding this claim as done by the book. Shame on you DFDS & Topcashback

Transaction initially tracked, but then declined then manual claim was rejected as 'transaction couldn't be traced', although it clearly could be as it initially tracked ok. Con - avoid!
