VERY SIMPLE BOOKING PROCEDURE--If you are traveling to the continent I would recommend booking via top cashback.

Great to travel with and was able to make amendments but the cashback got declined for no reason. I paid the amount requested and was advised id get a certain amount of cashback but only got half of the original amount specified
|

Transaction initially tracked, but then declined then manual claim was rejected as 'transaction couldn't be traced', although it clearly could be as it initially tracked ok. Con - avoid!

One star is too good. Cashback didn't track - lodged a claim - DFDS came back and said they wouldn't trace the sale?!? I provided the relevant information and even offered to send a copy of the booking reference. I will use P&O for my Ferry crossings in future. Way to close a customer over £7. DFDS you should be ashamed.
