	Hopefully some useful tips for others on how I get my Deliveroo cashback. I've noticed a few members saying they've been struggling to get their Deliveroo cashback so here are the simple steps I take before each Deliveroo purchase and they normally track 95% of the time: 1. I first visit the Deliveroo app on my phone, then select the restaurant or grocery store I want to order from. 2. I then add all the items I want to buy to my basket on the Deliveroo app. 3. I then close the Deliveroo app on my phone. 4. Now, I go to my TCB app on my phone and search for Deliveroo on there before clicking the 'Get up to x.xx% Cashback' button to re-open the Deliveroo app. 5. Now I simply reconfirm my selected location/delivery address on the Deliveroo app before tapping on the 'Basket' icon and then swiftly pay for my order with my card or PayPal. (I don't select any Credit Vouchers I may have on my Deliveroo account). These purchases then take up to 24 hours to track on my TCB account and usually 3 days for these tracked purchases to be made payable. NB - I have noticed that when following the exact steps above in the same order when using my laptop with the Deliveroo website, my purchases don't always track and I then have to open a Missing Cashback Claim for that Deliveroo purchase; which Deliveroo does approve in the end although it can take up to 3 months for this to happen. Hope the above info helps some other members out. :)

	Not Great at paying cashback Take about 2-4mths to pay out thats if you get it not happy with them for that. Foot wise they are not bad and delivery is quite good to.

	Deliveroo purchases track and pay very quickly... Deliveroo is now my number one company for food and top-up grocery deliveries. Purchases I've made on Deliveroo via TCB take up to 24 hours to track and usually 3 days for the tracked purchases to be made payable. That is incredible speed if you ask me. Thanks Deliveroo.

	Hard to get Cashback Deliveroo are one of the hardest to get cashback food wise its been ok but getting cashback one of the worst.

	Don't waste your time Numerous times I've tried to get cashback and it always gets declined. Just Eat isn't much better but you sometimes get cashback with them.

	Not worth the effort Made two purchases in one day. One very expensive, one not at all expensive. Expensive cashback declined! Only paid out on cheaper one. Why?? Doesn't seem fair to me.

	VERY POOR OFTEN DECLINED AND YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT. MIGHT HAVE A LOOK AT JUSTEAT IF IT DOESNT IMPROVE

	I think it works less than 10% of the time. I use Deliveroo all the time, I think it's worked twice. I'm finding this is happening across TCB though.

	fastest paying cashback Cashback always tracks and they payout pretty fast sometimes within days. But with all these delivery companies they pay out pennies only i think currently it is 1.05% which is disgraceful.

	Not Great Deliveroo take to long to give you cashback i have one from April and its just payed up. There service for food is ok don't have to wait to long to get your food. Waited all that time for 31p.

	Quick and easy. Even worked via Deliveroo app. I used the TopCashBack app to initiate an order from Deliveroo. Deliveroo web page then bounced to the Deliveroo app. Ordered. Food arrived, cash back tracking very quickly and within days, the amount it payable in TCB. Very good. How it should be done.

	There's no point in them 'offering' cashback... Deliveroo decline every single cashback for no reason, despite criteria being fulfilled... Not sure why they're on Topcashback because it's utterly pointless! :)

	Constantly declines cashback Deliveroo frequently decline cashback and there seems to be no real reason for it, even when the orders are over £35 and no gift card or promo code is used

	NEVER GET THE CASH BACK? I have ordered literally many dozens of orders from Deliveroo and while use to get cash back as exected in 2024 I have not had any in 2025 at all. I always clear my cache before logging in to CashBack then go direct from it to the website but my visit never even shows up. I simple do not have the time to keep listing every order to CashBack for assistance. I would be interested to now if anyone else has had this problem.
