	I hardly ever get cashback from deliveroo. This makes me use Just Eat instead.

	Nine claims declined! No tracking and all nine of my claims have been declined due to not being able to determine the last click. Never had this on any other site and other users are experiencing the same. Contacted Topcashback and got a canned response about cookies.

	Don't bother All 3 of my recent cashback claims have been rejected because Deliveroo were unable to track my orders. All other claims around these times have tracked successfully.

	Cashback and tracking declined - yet again Zero stars would be more appropriate. Deliveroo relentlessly declines cashback; have had many claims declined after not tracking and you can read for yourself that many members have similar experiences. TCB should remove this merchant from the site.

	Their tracking is busted Something is clearly wrong with the tracking pixel on their end. I realised today Deliveroo hasn't been tracking for a long long long time.

	depends on luck to get cashback i order deliveroo 3 to 4 times weekly. whether i can receive cashback really depends on luck... i order via mobile app. sometimes they can trace my orders, however, they cannot trace my orders like 10 in a row recently...

	Avoid, they don't track and decline all claims. This is a complete joke. All 4 of my recent Deliveroo claims have been declined! Deliveroo never tracks, I've had to create a claim for literally every Deliveroo purchase! Of the 4 recent claims..... 1 has been declined as a credit was used... and that's the only one they managed to track?! How convenient! Absolutely ridiculous, why are they even on your site when they act in such bad faith?

	Fails to track often and customer service also refuse it despite following all guidelines. Will probably use a different site for takeaway now or not bother with TopCashback for them.

	My cashback has been declined for several orders, even though I did NOT use any other coupon or voucher. Be careful.
