Cashback seems to have stopped tracking
Cashback used to track smoothly but have noted recently that it doesn't and having to submit a claim. Pure hassle.

Often rejects legitimate claims and also doesn’t track claims and requires lodging a compliant to get claim tracked.
Used to track much better but recently it’s been about 50/50 and deliveroo themselves seem to be worse as well.

Avoid, they don't track and decline all claims.
This is a complete joke. All 4 of my recent Deliveroo claims have been declined! Deliveroo never tracks, I've had to create a claim for literally every Deliveroo purchase!
Of the 4 recent claims..... 1 has been declined as a credit was used... and that's the only one they managed to track?! How convenient!
Absolutely ridiculous, why are they even on your site when they act in such bad faith?

Fails to track often and customer service also refuse it despite following all guidelines. Will probably use a different site for takeaway now or not bother with TopCashback for them.
