	First order tracked My first order tracked the rest didn't submitted claims 1 was approved the other 2 declined because I used a promo code. Funny how I used the same promo with all orders during there month long promo. Fed up fighting with topcashback, so many retailers seem to not willing to pay cashback at the minute.

	Fastest Tracking & Payout ever! I've ordered groceries from the Coop via Deliveroo twice recently (this month) & the cashback has tracked AND become payable within ONE WEEK! Is this a record? Or have I just been lucky? Last time I used this merchant was to buy fish & chips in January 2024. No problems then either. I'm very impressed.

	Rarely tracks automatically I usually end up having to raise a ticket as the transaction hasn't tracked. After months of waiting Deliveroo come back with zero! I just expect this now, which is a real shame as there must be some gremlin in the system. On the contrary, i rarely have issues with getting cashback from their competitors.

	Take a screencap if you want cashback! Following the advice of another reviewer, I took a screencap this time to prove I done everything correctly and mentioned this in my claim. I was given a goodwill payment the next day.

	No Cashback The purchase was not tracked and had to submit claim to TopCashback. After 2 months, I have received a reply saying "retailer has not been able to track" the purchase. TopCashback also said to me that this is a "solid declined reason" that they have "robust systems in place" and that they are "confident in the retailer’s decision". It all makes it sound like I have filed an untrue claim and trying to defraud TopCashback and Deliveroo. Simply, what the heck.

	Rarely tracks While I do love Deliveroo, this merchant rarely tracks for me and they never seem to confirm me as having gone via Topcashback. And it takes them months to make that decision

	2 x claims declined, however I had proof! Tried to swindle me out of 2 claims and got the email message about it being a 'solid' decline and that this is a 'robust' system. Well my response was that I had a screenshot of the deliveroo app which showed 'topcash' linked in the top corner of screen, along with the words 'thank you for your order'. Well Deliveroo-Topcash, the robust system used here is flawed and needs to be looked into! Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as TC did end up paying me as a gesture of goodwill.

	Cashback is always denied Every time I have used Deliveroo via TopCashback, it never tracks and I then get a standard response saying that they were unable to verify that TopCashback was used as the final referrer. Despite my constant feedback that this needs to be looked into, nothing happens. Always the standard response about cookies but never a response to my query about why it never happens with other retailers.

	Nine claims declined! No tracking and all nine of my claims have been declined due to not being able to determine the last click. Never had this on any other site and other users are experiencing the same. Contacted Topcashback and got a canned response about cookies.

	Don't bother All 3 of my recent cashback claims have been rejected because Deliveroo were unable to track my orders. All other claims around these times have tracked successfully.

	All 6 recent orders, all clicked via the TCB extension, declined The title covers it. I had six disputes in against Deliveroo, all instances I'd allowed cookies and tracking, clicked TCB right before starting an order, and it didn't track. After lodging the claims (which had the timestamps as tracked correctly by TCB), after 2 months Deliveroo just blanket denies everything. I'll start using JustEat again instead.

	Cashback and tracking declined - yet again Zero stars would be more appropriate. Deliveroo relentlessly declines cashback; have had many claims declined after not tracking and you can read for yourself that many members have similar experiences. TCB should remove this merchant from the site.

	Their tracking is busted Something is clearly wrong with the tracking pixel on their end. I realised today Deliveroo hasn't been tracking for a long long long time.

	Please enable Apple Pay on MacOS Apple Pay works fine on iOS and iPadOS. It's surprising for it to not be available on MacOS. Please make an update for this.
