Horrible retailer! Initially, they'll give you a really low amount of cashback, then it takesthem over 3 months to maybe credit you withthe correct amount due to you and then make it payable! They're so tight fisted!

It took 6 weeks for my cashback to reach payable but unfortunately at the wrong rate (only one fifth what I am owed). Despite first contacting topcashback about this weeks ago I have been told today that I will have to wait "a few weeks" for my claim to be submitted and then "a few months" to hear back from the retailer. Even then apparently I may not actually get what I am owed - poor.

Slower than some companies to recalculate when initially tracked at a lower rate. But so far so good and as its money I wouldn't have anyway I'm just pleased they are on here.
