	Placed a couple of orders with the merchant. In both cases the Cashback paid did not match the cash back advertised and on challenging the decision, after waiting a number of months, I was informed that this would not be rectified. Personally I'll be looking to shop elsewhere in the future.

	Warning &Negative Feedback. Be very careful to claim as soon as you can if any delay in getting your cashback. Just been told that 3 separate purchases have been declined after 11 months chasing. Purchases between December 2015 and February 2016. Not the first time Currys have done this either.

	Avoid , they do not pay the promised cash back amount or reflect your true spend in the tracking. If challenged currys say it is correct

	Currys are a joke they put a certain percentage on the web site and then they don't actually stand by it. I lodge a claim as I have photographic prove that they said they would pay 5.5% but decide to only pay 1.1%. And they still said that they had paid the correct amount. I would shop else where

	Real scammers. Declined cashback for genuine transaction with all order numbers/references. No reason given.

	I've had to complain about every Currys cashback claim I've made due to non-payment. Sure, the transactions track ok but not at the promised rate. Then you wait months for a claim to be looked at only for Currys to claim that they can't find proof of the purchase coming from TCB, despite the fact that they already agreed to pay cashback at a lower rate!

	Rejected cashback with no reason given. Reserve and collect order, cashback due was £36.99. Unfortunately, no possibility to appeal rejected claim.

	After initial discrepancy was resolved (sending me to PC World to pick up order) the cashback was recieved, but it made a simple process very long and unneccessary.

	Notified that cashback has been declined, WHY? I have the item purchased right next to me! It was only for a small amount, probably spent more in electricity checking this site that the amount I would have got paid anyway.

	Reserve & Collect used to purchase large white goods. Cashback and unpaid claim rejected as 'transaction cancelled or product returned/refunded'. This is all despite the reservation number and receipt number being provided and the product sitting in my kitchen cleaning the dishes.
