Over the last 3 months I bought 2 items. I can't get the correct cashback rate which they showed on topcashback website. After I placed my order to them, they had decreased purchase amount from the record, which has affected the cashback amount to be less than my order amount. It seems unlikely for big company to do this.

Screwed up - 5% cashback on 1999 tv apparently translates as 20 quid! Told correct amount would show once confirmed now payable at same incorrect amount.

Currys are very poor. I have placed a couple of 'reserve & collect' orders through TCB and both times Currys have claimed they have insufficient evidence of the transaction, despite TCBs record of click through and further identifying information being provided.

Curry's did not honour their cashback on MS Office purchase. They say it will be at a low amount (£2) initially then will go up to the correct value (£35), but it never did. Totally unreliable and best to avoid.

Terrible service on cashback from Currys. I'm still waiting for the special offer of £50 cashback on Samsung washing machines since last SEptember!! Useless retailer. They've finally agreed that its due and have now said it will be another 15 weeks!!! Shame theres no option for 0 stars
