I was stitched up once with no cash back on a Click and Collect. The second time I have been given approximately half the cash back it should have been. So I have been trying now for a couple of months to get the correct cash back but so far nothing. Even with a couple of nudges to TopCashBack.

Doesn't pay out full amount. I bought a fridge/freezer for £289 and was expecting 1% cash back = £2.89 but only got £1.96. Queried this through Topcashback but only got some jumbled reply and still no increase in the amount received.

Tracked quickly but be aware Currys pay commission on the EX VAT price not inc VAT price like most other retailers - to be fair this is really a TCB issue than Currys as you can't easily compare cashback rates against another company. Chances are that the cashback offered by Currys is less than any competitors

Dont believe fooled by currys honouring the cashback rates they display, i was offered 10.5% against a new 4K TV, cashbask should have been about £175.50 yet they are refusing to pay out even though I have a valid receipt. In my opinion I was mis-sold the TV as I wouldn't have thought it was out with cashback, very fraudulent actions by currys
