Purchased a Washing Machine from here that was delivered faulty. Had to put up with a broken washing machine in my house for a week until Samsung would send an engineer. Because I didn't pay extra for someone to attach the pipe it meant they wouldn't accept it back without Samsung acknowledging the issue. Also don't expect to receive any cashback from theis retailer as my last two transactions were both declined. I would advise to only purchase from Currys Pc World if you have found a good deal and then just hope the product works as they aren't helpful at all.

Rarely ever tracks the correct amount and then they pay significantly lower than advertised cashback rate, therefore avoiding paying the higher amount. Slow to resolve, if at all.
