Terrible. I avoid this company at the best of times. But it also seems they delay the cash back payout as much as they delay their customer service skills. One of the worst. One star is far too generous!!

Appalling! Far from Easy. 23 Nov 19, spent £638.87, with Currys, expected 10% cashback. Have been sent on a right merry go round, produced and emailed receipts, answered all questions requested from topcashback. It is now June 2020, complete joke! sent email to customer services now can see status Closed. This has been ignored and really angry missed out on cashback of £63.10. Especially as they have the history of this transaction.

Last year, I bought a universal charger for my laptop and the wrong power was sent. Was sent a much lower wattage than what was advertised. No way to contact anyone, as the options just took me around and around in circles and as usual they blamed it on Covid as this has now become an acceptable excuse for companies to offer bad to no customer service. I'm now stuck with a charger that under performing.

Payout from Currys is by a very, very long distance the worst. Receipt of cash back took 9 months to be received which is unacceptable.
