Took 10 months to eventually get my cashback and to be honest I dont belive it is the correct ammount but just glad to get something. Will see if I can get my products elsewhere in future.

I bought a Fitbit online from Currys PC World on 27.11.20, the cashback offer was '30% Cashback on all Fitbits' but I only received 1% cashback. I opened a ticket and am still waiting for a response 9 months later.

One star so far as after speniding over £400 im 'on ice' for three months whilst they deem my purchase within the rules I guess? Went on topcasback, clicked on currys, bought two iarge items so what is the problem?

Very slow payout and inaccurate, lodged in Feb for 10%, waited until Jul to get 1%, now waiting several months for lodging a claim. Unfortunatley not the first time having this experience with Currys.
