I bought a Bosch washing machine for £399.99 and claimed the 7% for large kitchen appliances over £399.00. it tracked ok but then 12 weeks later the status was updated to "Declined", no reason yet given. The machine was delivered within the specified time. the item has not been returned disappointed. Thought Curries were better than this.

Wouldn’t use again. Took 3 deliveries to get my fridge in the house and the delivery driver the second time was awful then declined my cash back for no reason whatsoever ever. Won’t bother again.

I frequently have problems getting cashback from Currys. In my experience the larger value items do not track and do not pay out the advertised amount even after raising a claim. I am currently out of pocket by over £100.

First time using this merchant - received an email saying I could win the cost of the laptop back, only to find that was an error. 3 Months after purchase Curry's have now "declined" my cashback too.

Cashback unfairly refused for no reason. TC should think about blacklisting places that are using the website for free advertising and then refusing payouts.
