Ordered Jan 9 2009 for collection from store. Despite providing all required details (receipt number etc.) the transaction has still not tracked. Manual claim hasn't worked eother. Disappointed.

Seemless on-line, collect in store service through TopCashBack and Currys. Item was ready and waiting when I arrived in store. Tracking/purchase was confirmed by retailer by the time I next signed in a few days later. GREAT!!
