	bought a dishwasher by reserve and collect , cashback showed and then last week was crossed off by currys. i think they are conning us , don´t touch them

	Bought a laptop by reserve and collect before xmas 08 and still in march it was showing as pending. Finally, in April it is crossed out and 0.00 payable showing. Like many others on here, i followed the instructions. Have chased for the second time with TCB but am not expecting any joy.

	Bought a new laptop from Currys with reserve and collect. Entered all the details from my receipt as instructed, still no sign of any cashback a month later. TCB now investigating.

	Bought ipod before Xmas online for collect at store. Supplied info from receipt as requested. Cashback showed as pending until now when it has been crossed out and replaced with zero! Bah!

	Bought a tv in November which was tracked within a week.The sum pending was £9.00. In Febuary it moved to payable but the sum moved £0. I have put a claim in and have heard nothing for 7 weeks. To make matters worse the tv broke down today. I do not think I will be in a hurry to use currys again.

	Another change to zero!! Payment of £29 sat in pending since December has now been crossed out to zero and moved to payable! Submitted an enquiry - first bad experience - will avoid Currys if not paid.

	There seems to be a trend developing with Currys.I have a similar experience to others who have left feedback.My cashback tracked perfectly. It become pending with £8 to pay however, when it moved to 'payable' it went to £0! I have submitted a claim/enquiry and am still waiting for the outcome - not happy with Currys, I think they might be best avoided.

	Like a previous posting my cashback tracked perfectly. I have waited from Dec 13 08 to Mar 25 09 for it to become pending, however it went to cancelled and £0! In my case it should be £14.01. Of course this is past the 50 days so investigation is awkwared/impossible, I too am waiting to find out what has happend and am not Happy. Will not use Currus in future if this is the way they behave.

	tracked ok, waited from Dec 08 to mar 25 09 for it to move to pending,then it went to payable with £0!!! should have been over £7, waiting to find out what has happend. Not Happy.
