Ordered item and collected in-store back in October 2008 but still waiting for Cashback claim to come through. Haven't used Currys since and won't again if the claim doesn't materialise.

Hi Purchaced laptop Saturday Sunday went would not connect to the internet. I have 2 p.c.s running on the connection. The helpline sorted it for me 10 out of 10

My January order did not get tracked and I had to submit a missing commission claim. It took some time for it to be confirmed by Currys. It is still showing as pending.

Purchased a cooker last October, didn't track, posted enquiry with TCB and have still not heard or received anything. Will not be using this retailer again. Which is unfortunate to say there are lots of good reviews for them.

Tracking is quick but very bad for validation. You have to supply the receipt number and date/time when it was pur chased. So if you lose your receipt then you wouldn't get cashback. Very poor system of validation
