This is my first experience of purchasing through Cashback and I
am dissappointed. We purchased a television through Currys
and although I have submitted missing claim, as yet we are still
waiting, some two months later, perhaps we are being impatient.

Tracked fine at correct amount and then when it became payable turned to zero! Genuine buy but because the cashback was for less than £1 I can't put in a claim. Seems Currys like to keep their money when they can get away with it...

Tracked within a couple of days, ive used ths site before and it usually takes around 2 months for a payout. I would highly reccomend this site to anyone!!!!!

I bought a 42" LG on 21st October last year and have still not got my cashback of £27.50. I emailed the my things site which let me store my receipt, but they emailed back advising that I need to email Curry's customer service as they are separate company. Absolutely disgusted with this company for cashback. Feel like I've been lured in and then conned. Would definately not use Curry's for cashback again.

Staff at Shop - inept - manager showed no interest = avoid Kingsway Currys in Derby at all costs.
Lost £40 cashback as they never processed the Collect @ Store receipt number (Made me wait for 20 mins as nobody processed the order and then tried charging more than the web price, to top things off they have now refused to Pay as the staff were incompetant. - This was a trial of Top Cash back and never bought anything else on it...
Cant say anything bad about QUIDCO - £500 since October -But have had diddly squat from this website - thumbs down!

Tracked okay, then suddenly cashback amount was reduced to zero. Claims have been submitted. I have provided receipt number and reservation details but still no cashback. It is now nearly 7 months. Be very wary - quite a number of people seem not to track (14% according to TCB statistics?). And currently less than 50% of 'appeals' are successful? Mine did track but fell off somewhere along the line. I don't know if failures like mine are even included in the failure figures...

Not happy - Currys requested validation of the receipt which I did - then mislaid it later - they then requested it for a second time and I was in contact with topcashback over this - then Currys cancelled the cashback. Con or what?

Bought a laptop on 23 june 2009 from Currys-as of 9 July it hasn't been shown in my account.Have raised a claim through Topcashback-will have to wait and see now how efficient they are in sorting this out??

Now July 2009 and I have been waiting on Currys since 24/08/08. A manual claim has been submitted a long time ago but nothing received yet .....Don't always expect cashback.

fast response with emails, actually too many received, I know using electronics to advise on process saves paper but was somewhat bemused by the number of emails received regarding whole process from order to delivery, think I got about 6 in total (plus a paper receipt posted!)
Product arrived swiftly, undamaged and as ordered
