The cashback appeared very quickly. I had used the resserve and collect service so I needed to validate the transaction once I'd actually bought and paid for the item, but this was a really straightforward process.

Not a great experience. Was awaiting the goods as per the specified delivery date. When no goods arrived on the designated day, I phoned and was told that the goods had not even been processed or were down for a delivery. No one would have contacted me about this if I hadnt queried this myself. Goods themselves are fine, once delivered and at least the couriers remove all the packaging for you if you want.

i was really impressed with the big discount on hp printer which i purchased after reserving online through cashback 29/08/09, the discount was from £70 printer to £29.99 for an all in printer! great receipt no 063264, 30/08/2009 till 6 assistant 20 matt what a great buy!!

This retailer allowed and then withdrew a transaction which was pending due to their raising another order..this was because they could not supply as requested..colour problem..and I had agreed over the phone for an alternative without realising they would cancel the original qualifying order with attached cashback. Eventually..over a considerable period of time ..Cashback staff managed to get the payment reinstated. The lesson in this is to cancel and then re order if any changes to the original order need to be made. Thank you Cashback..!

Cashback has not been good. Used the click and reserve early July and it did not track. Raised a query and have provided all the information to verify such as reservation number, till reciept number and date and time of collection. It is showing as just pending more than a month later. I find Comet click and reserver much faster as they are confirmed within a few days.

Poor experience. Curry's require details from the till receipt, which is fine, except the validation link did not become active (should have within 7 days of purchase), so I had to "dispute" why cashback wasn't paid. The till receipt details that were required for validation were those I'd already supplied in the dispute form, so then had to re-enter again. This smacks of the retailer hoping you don't remember to follow through at each stage. Still waiting for payment nearly two months after purchase. Whilst CashBack can never be guaranteed, I only chose Curry's due to the saving I calculated by using the great TopCashBack site. I'm unlikely to repeat that for future purchases.

I have not got the cash back from currys from Jan 2009 and Top Cash back is not replying to any contact from me on this non payment. Very off putting and disappointing.

Did not track for a while. Submitted missing cashback form and after a month / 6 week started tracking. Good cashback amount too.
