Reserved and purchased item on 24/08 and item is still "pending". This is my first experience with Currys purchases and have to comment that other retailers are confirmed VERY quickly, is it just currys that take a long time or should i have purchased from another retailer?

i only managed to get my cashback from this retailer after submitting a missing claims form. They appear to be be slow in dealing with the claims. The delivery service was excellent though, with 2 very helpful staff who unpacked the item and took away all the packaging.

Ordered 2 items weeks apart, both arrived really quickly, (one at 8am next day!) despite my opting for cheapest delivery option. First cashback logged quickly and is already paid out, still waiting for second to be acknowledged, having made a manual claim. Would use them again definitely, but don't let the cashback be the decisive factor.
