It's now a year since I bought my TV. Cashback tracked initially then mysteriously disappeared in the New Year. I put in a claim and have sent several nudges. Still no news.
Beware of Currys - there's loads of comments like mine. I'd ask people not to leave comments when the cashback has tracked, but to wait until they've actually got the cash.

Click and reserve used beginning of October.......didnt show up in cashback until this morning 16/11/09 with the help of the cashback manual claim.
I would use Currys again but would definately keep an eye on things!

Same experience as last comment. I reserved and paid for a lap top, put in my code as necessary and after 2 months, the cash back balance came back as zero. Like me, go to Dixons, their items are cheaper, their delivery is fab AND their cashback comes thru, admittedly after chasing - but at least it wasnt ZERO!

Tried to make an online purchase on the currys website for a very high value item, not in stok online but had one in the local store registered online and reserved, picked it up and paid.
Topcashback tracked the purchase but store refused to honor the purchase. Unfortunately now just over the 100 day deadline so i have lost my chance to claim or chase the retailer.
Could kick myself for not chasing, but sadly will now boycott Currys
