I had to do a manual claim, which took a while to come through, but did in the end.
Ordering process was great, after care is also good, would recommend, and you have the peace of mind that if you have a problem you can always go to the nearest store rather than calling some internet helpline.
Good cashback rate and normally some good voucher codes out there also.

Needed a new drier, accessed curry's through top cashback which was simple and without problem. Curry's offered the best deal free delivery, free removal of old appliance, and 3% cashback. Very pleased.

I ordered a new freezer from Currys on 4/9/09 and despite two nudges from Top Cash back there is still no recognition of my claim as 0f 13/10/09. Very poor for a well known retailer.

Currys failed to track my cash back for a TV, had to go through Topcashback to chase after it and 2 months later the money is at the pending stage so im not even sure im going to receive it.

Use of cashback web site very easy and stright forward, very good service from Currys, Item ready at front desk for collection, had to wait awhile for cash back thou, good system and worth doing, just need to keep checking the web site for updates

In my opinion you should use a different retailer. I purchased items on 22nd March 2009. The claim was not registered so I disputed this in April. It took Currys until 11/09/2009 to advise they wont pay with no reasons! So I wont be using them again! Worst experience through cashback in over 12 months.
