Purchased a washer/dryer from Currys however had to wait 1 month for it to be delivered. It wasn't until I actually bought the item did I find out that it was out of stock. This I thought was out of order as I would have liked the option to shop elsewhere as I needed the item in a hurry.

Still waiting to move from pending after 5 weeks. Good deal on an ipod (some extra thrown in for online purchase); initial tracking was quick. But despite quickly confirming with receipt number, as required, no progress after 5 weeks.

Bought a fridge freezer in March 09 - after numerous contacts with Topcashback and submitting manual claims (twice) still no joy - no cash - beware using Currys - they require receipt validation and will use any excuse not to pay you - will not use again - (all my other topcashback transactions with other companies have worked) - Currys should not be featured in this site if they are not willing to actually pay the cashback

Not good. only purchased from curry's because price was better when cashback was considered. It's 8 months now, I've chased, submitted receipt, nudged twice but it's still showing £0. Don't expect cashback from Currys
