Tracked all the way from Pending to Confirmed, then appeared as "0.00" for payable, filed a claim but seems like Currys enquiry service is as bad as their customer service when you buy something... Stay well away, if you need something get it from Comet, Dixons or PC World... Currys are a waste of space!

I have been waiting since July for a cash back which after nudging every moth since then have been advised that I have not submitted the reference number, sorry Mr Curry I submitted this with my claim and still have.
Made a major purchase and the cashback was part of my decission to purchase from this seller.
Never again.
