The cashback was declined at first by Currys, even though it was all correct. After notifying top cashback of the problem and providing proof the purchase went through - it was all rectified quickly. Top marks to Top Cash Back for sorting the problem. Disappointed with Currys for the mistake!

Ordered a laptop last week, the wrong one was delivered. It is now taking an age to get through to anyone who can sort it out, have rung and sent an email 5 days ago, phoned again today, so far no one has got back to me.

considering there seems to be a lot of negative reviews on this merchant, i can only say my experience was very good,Ordered an american style fridge/freezer,transaction was good delivered as expected,courteous ,carefu ldelivery team, excellent product.Cashback has tracked but feel i cant make much comment as yet as i am waiting for this to be confirmed at the present time,Also got good discount for voucher code as well as cashback

Appalling service. Have made 2 expensive purchases from Curry's & they haven't paid cashback on either. Transactions were tracked, then put through as £0. Worse retailer on site. Would avoid at all costs!

Very negative experience as usual with Currys. Bought TV £570 waiting a year for transaction to track etc despite nudges obviously this retailer does not like to pay cashback for large amounts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better suppliers out there shpuld you want cashback on a purchase.
