Excellent service on collection of new item, and in this case, free disposal of the old one. A bit surprised that a pre-booked, on-line order, can only be held for one day.

First purchase, laptop charger was missing, their customer service centre sent me a cheap brick of a laptop charger which I was not happy about. Had to send enitre laptop back after spending an entire day setting up and then wait for a week for second laptop to be sent out.

Purchase didnt track, so contacted TCB who sorted and cashback has been paid. Other than that product is brilliant, delivery was good. Overall very good.
