Been waiting 16 months for cashback. Transactions have tracked before for smaller amounts but I feel rather robbed on my largest purchase with this company.

Worth noting that Currys discount codes are only available on online purchases not reserve & collect. Quite misleading as it states on their website that Promotion codes are applied at 'checkout'. Well online checkout is ok but with reserve & collect you pay for the goods at store checkout when you collect the goods, however Promotion codes are not accepted at the checkouts in store! Could be clearly stated on their website!

Super service through TCB. Ordered goods for a Xmas present during the weekend and they were delivered 2 days later, plus FOC carriage. The product was cheaper than other stores too and cashback, what more could you ask for.

Spent nearly £300 with them. Nearly 5 months later the transaction still hasn't been confirmed let alone turned payable. TCB has fobbed me off yet again with a "wait and see" response.
Useless!

Complete waste of time! Purchased an item use reserve and collect. Entered the till receipt info as required. Transaction eventually went to pending, failed to get to payable, chased topcashback on numerous occasions, advised to wait longer. Sometime later transaction went back to pending, chased topcashback again, advised to wait. Now it's gone payable with a zero ammount! topcashback advise to submit a claim from the start! Absolutely pointless.

Did what I was supposed to do and waited for it to track, it didn't, then waited for months to be told that apparently they have paid commission on this transaction via another means! Considering I didn't use 'another mean's its a total cop out and and excuse not to pay the cashback.
First time EVER on this site that a merchant has failed to pay - be warned!!!!!

Currys reserve and collect service worked perfectly for me, with fast and polite service at the Stockport Peel Centre store. Less than 24 hours later, Topcashback emailed me to validate the order. Great.
