They dont want to pay. Avoid. I have bought several low value items and not one of them has been honoured. I then bought a £400 fridge and that has not been paid either. A con!

The 3% cashback offered by this merchant was not worth the hassle I experienced when arriving to collect my product. I had reserved a number of items which were listed as being in stock and available for collection from my nearest stocked store, and the total bill reflected these combined items. However on collection not all of the items were in stock dispite the system still showing that they were, so basically the system and actual stock are un-linked. After complaining to customer services, they tried to send me miles away with 3 kids including a baby to go and see if another store showing stoke once again on the system, physically had it. Half an hour later I left with only part of my reservation and none best pleased neither!!!

far more helpful that the experiance in the large store i attended in the first place . the staff there told me no other currys except heathrow had one of these cameras. Top Cash Back i could view what stores had them and what was closes to my address so fast and more convient , Would shop like this for every thing. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Customer services need to talk to the warehouse regarding instructions for delivery. Apart from that everything was ok.

Curry's delivery service is excellent. Phone call day before delivery and again 20 minutes before delivery. And free delivery to Northern Ireland even though some other suppliers pile on premium charges. Excellent.

Merchant refused Cash Back commission, claiming that I had returned the item and been refunded - even though my receipt proved that I had upgraded the faulty product to a more expensive one. Also very unhelpful/dismissive in subsequent discussions. Cash back never came.
Don't rely on this trader to pay the Cash Back they owe you! I won't be shopping there again.
