No cashback, no tracking, for some reason Currys reject my cashback, they say there is a restriction information they cannot provide, but not cashback give.. the purchase has been genuine and tracked by top cash back date and time, also proof order number and invoice, but Currys say not.. No voucher or code has been used on the transaction. never again Currys

Order failed to track. Logged missing CB claim. Currys rejected, saying the order was attributed to another (unspecified) channel. Really annoying, since they were offering a higher % at the time - maybe that's why they choose not to payout!

Generally a good experience but would have liked a little more cash back on big items. 1.1% Seems a litle stingy when you are spending £300-£400. I would like to see at least 5%.

I reserved online and collected in store, only thing I would say is that their website wasnt brilliant in locating which stores had all of my products in stock. Other than that, customer service and cash back experience in general was very good

2 bad experiences with Currys and Pixmania (sister site). Should have had over £100 cashback. Neither tracked and after raising a query, retailer came back and said I had accessed their site via another route, so nothing payable. Never had any problems with any other cashback transactions over last few years with TopCashBack.
