Avoid!, been waiting 5 months now, item initially tracked correctly after purchase then went to zero, claim lodged two months ago with no response, should have purchase item from Tesco Direct!

Have found getting cashback on the reserve and collect process very hit and miss - think it is partly a matter of making sure staff log it against the order rather than just ringing the item up normally on the till. But on the most recent occasion (unlike previous ones), a missing cashback claim has resulted in the expected payout, so happy with that.

Purchased Tumble Dryer and item tracked within two hours. Delivery date given and a follow up telephone call received giving delivery time. Driver unpacked the item and put it in situ. Excellent service

Simply awful.. Made 2 transactions, got cash back for 1 but not the other.. As it seems i bought, things on 2 different days but because the days were only 3 days apart they didn't bother with the second claim. Very poor.

Be warned. Cashback tracks, then confirms after you validate, then they zero the commission after 100 days. Not worth bothering.

Did a reserve & collect on a new vacuum cleaner. Cashback tracked quickly the same day, no faffing around inputting codes from receipts. Brilliant!

Cashback tracked quickly although at less than the advised rate. Will wait to see if level upped appropriately at confirmation stage. Otherwise no complaints goods delivered in super fast time- much earlier than expected so really pleased!

Experiencing some problems with my transaction at the moment - cashback payable as £0.00. So I submitted a Missing Cashback Claim. Will write back with the resolution... whenever that might be.

made significantly large purchase pre christmas of iPad and iPod via top cash back-then yesterday found out cash back declined by merchant ! Haven't a clue why goods not returned purchase legitimate hope top cash back can sort it. Just watch out if you make significant purchases that they honour their cash back!

How odd. They pay me for one of my purchases but not the other. I have raised a ticket on this but am disappointed to say the least. I won't be using Curry's again either via TCB or through one of their stores if this isn't resolved!
