	I have used this retailer in the past to order shoes, etc. for my mother. I have never had cause to complain. I ordered slippers on Monday evening and they arrived Thursday morning. The prices look expensive against other retailers but the footwear is made to last.

	Although my Order was dealt with quite quickly, as a result of telephone advice to order smaller size slipper (my husband takes a half size); they were too small & had to be returned for replacement. This therefore reduced cashback by more than half.
