	Confused are a waste of time as far as cashback is concerned. Other comparison sites such as GoCompare are more reliable. Genuine search did not track, yet Topcashback claim "99.9% Satisfied with this merchant" and at the same time say "We unfortunately cannot look into claims or enquiries for this product."

	Disappointed in Top cashback. This did not track and there is no way to complain or investigate the missing cashback. Who is getting the referral fee? Certainly not me. Reading other comments, Top Cashback need to address the consistency of payment failures.

	No issues at all on cashback just for getting a quote. Staying with my current insurer until July just to save paying any early cancellation fees for switching before end of policy. Tracked and paid really quickly. Shall be coming back in July when car insurance up for renewal.

	Has not tracked after nearly three weeks, despite doing a successful test track before clicking through to the merchant. Cannot lodge a missing claim either due to Confused not accepting them.

	AVOID!!! Very poor did not track and TCB were "Sorry, but we cannot lodge claims to this merchant. This is usually due to the small amounts involved or the fact that the merchant will not process missing cashback claims." So much for that then.
