Cashback did not track at all.
When trying to raise a missing claim I am blocked from doing so from TCB, they claim that it is either due to the small amounts involved or because the merchant does not accept claims.

It is pot luck whether the cashback tracks or not. I give it a go every time but I would estimate it only tracks 30% of the time and of course you cannot put in a claim. I find this really annoying.

They don't pay but they get a free advert here at Topcashback. It's only £2.40 or thereabouts but I did get a genuine quotation. When I made a claim, this website does not accept a claim on this merchant. My car insurance premium was actually £10 cheaper direct from the insurers own website, so why not get information from confused.com and spend your money elsewhere.

Did not track and you cannot open a missing cashback claim with this merchant. Merchants comparison site was playing up at the time and when you lowered your excess it lowered the insurance cost instead of the other way. Did not trust the system to give me correct amounts so ended up trying a couple of other comparison websites instead.
I will avoid this comparison in future.

Whilst I'm very happy with the results obtained from the confused.com website, I can confirm that no cashback tracked on my recent car insurance purchase and there's no option to lodge a missing claim on the topcashback customer care page :-(

Never tracked and refuse any manual claims stating "Sorry,but we cannot lodge claims to this merchant. This is usually due to the small amounts involved or the fact that the merchant will not process missing cashback claims." My advice is avoid and I used the link and bought the policy too, more fool me.

Waste of time,search never tracks (not in previous years either) & because cashback amount is so small Confused refuse to have anything to do with claims for such! Looking at the feedback it seems they only allow cashback if you buy the insurance through them. Come on TCB stop letting them advertise cashback for comparisons please!
