	Great quotes but slow cash back As a customer who wants cheap car insurance Confused are fine and I've been using them for years. But as a cashback offer they take AGES. My £36 was approved really quickly, but took eight months to become payable. Some women have grown a baby in the time it has taken Topcashback adn Confused to approve £36!

	Cashback received after almost 10 months. I finally received the cashback after almost 10 months and that was after asking customer service to chase it for me. I think that says it all. Absolutely appalling and there can't be any acceptable reason for it.

	Decent Cashback Took Too Long The Cashback amount is decent; however, the time it took me to receive the cashback was more than 52 weeks. What makes it worse is that it doesn't show an amount; it just says pending uplift £0.00. Once my car insurance policy ended, then It got processed and payment

	Be prepared to wait a long time My claim did not track initially so I raised a claim on 28th November 2024, claim was then put on ice for 130 days for validation, then took another 378 days before the claim was verified and payment of £38 was released

	Still awaiting payout Over 12 months and still no payout. Customer service just say to wait because they have to wait for retailer to relate funds but I’m doubtful I’ll see anything. Never had any issues with an other companies on TCB. Avoid!!!

	Don't waste your time It's been almost a year and the cash back hasn't been paid - it continues to show as pending uplift. There's no reason why they shouldn't pay me - as far as I know, I met their conditions (including not taking the gift card option confused.com offered at the time). I raised the issue with TopCashBack and they said I can't do much more than continue to wait. Like I said to TopCashBack, confused.com is ruining TopCashBack's reputation. When I look to renew my car insurance in a couple of week's time, I won't be using confused.com ever again. I still haven't decided if I'll even bother with TopCashBack at all.

	Got payout eventually but ... Took 10 months. I understand that policies can be cancelled and so they have to wait a certain time but... When I went to raise a claim with TCB after 7 months there was no purchase showing! I had to email them separately and had virtually given up. Probably won't use confused again when every other merchant on TCB manages their claims better. But I did get payout eventually...
