	Got payout eventually but ... Took 10 months. I understand that policies can be cancelled and so they have to wait a certain time but... When I went to raise a claim with TCB after 7 months there was no purchase showing! I had to email them separately and had virtually given up. Probably won't use confused again when every other merchant on TCB manages their claims better. But I did get payout eventually...

	Don't pat out! Purchased car insurance in June 2025. Until now (Feb 2026) it has been 'pending uplift' for it to now be declined. Wouldn't waste your time as now looking at other reviews, everyone seems to be having the same outcome!

	People say they dont pay out, just check if they tracked correctly I had no issues and just got paid back 56 quid for a car insurance cover purchase. Best site for comparing deals too, I have successfully used them for car, home and life cover.

	They don't pay out Raised a claim due to not receiving any amount of cashback. Still not received anything. I would suggest using topcashback for comparing insurance quotes, they paid out hassle free. 0/10

	Cashback not received again. Still haven't received the cashback. Transaction is 'pending uplift' and its been 9 months. They also didn't pay the advertised cashback a few years ago. Won't use them again.

	3 policies and no cash back I've got outstanding cashback claims dating back from July 25, Sep 25 and Oct 25. Still nothing from all of them. it's a scam.

	Never had cashback paid Appears as tracked from April 2025. Its now Jan 2026. Still not paid and when I contest with Topcashback, they say Im not due cashback as ive not purchased a policy. Not sure who is at fault here

	DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH CONFUSED Iused CONFUSED to purchase 3 seperate policies. NOT ONE CASHBACK HAS BEEN PAID. Had to raise a claim every time, wait months for a reply with Topcashback saying they heave contacted CONFUSED and they say they have no record of the purchases! Funny how on all 3 occassions Confused gave me the £20 Sainsbury voucher and free drinks from Greggs for a year. Not confused then are they! DO NOT USE CONFUSED, THEY WILL NOT PAY.

	Don’t bother Purchase tracked almost immediately at NIL as expected but after 6 months the amount wasn’t uplifted. Raised a ticket & it is then uplifted to the correct amount but is the declined with the reason “ The purchase made didn't meet the terms of the cashback offer." Won’t be going via confused again

	Do not trust them, made wait a year and then rejected claim! Don't trust this site for a cashback, they had my claim on wait for longer than a year and then finally, they rejected it saying they couldn't find any record of a purchase, even though topcashback has a record of my purchase recorded and I had bought my car insurance through them. They lie and so use them at your risk. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

	Avoid! Took over a year for the whole process only to be declined… After reading other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring trend with this company ?? Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

	Cashback tracked & Declined They admit that I visited the site through TopCashBack but have still declined my cashback. Absolute nonsense, read the rest of the reviews. They track then decline everyone.

	Cashback not received and then refused The cashback on this never uplifted after after months and raising a claim, Confused ultimately refused to pay the cashback. Definitely would not recommend it to influence your purchase decision.

	No Cashback Received Expect this to track and it will sit at pending uplift for 8-9 months, only for them to decline it. Read the endless pages of reviews here, save yourself some time and go to GoCompare.

	Rubbish It’s been 16th May and still nothing received. Still just showing as £0 and pending uplift. I’m entitled to the cash back (haven’t taken any other rewards). U wouldn’t bother relying on this cash back!

	Never Tracks Never tracked initially so raised a ticket, been waiting over 12 months now for the cashback. Already agreed a new car insurance policy with someone else now instead going with Top Cashback referral and this tracked and paid out within 3 weeks

	Twice now and no cash back I filed a claim after not recieving cash back but nothing. I didn't claim a free voucher or anything with them either. Rubbish.
