Bought car insurance on Tuesday (29/09) night and tracked as £60 pending on Wednesday (30/09). Fingers crossed, it will all be paid. I was dubious reading all the other comments, but it worked for me (make sure you delete all your cookies before applying). Anyone knows how quickly you receive the insurance certificate?

Has anybody actually received any cash from this supplier??? I have been waiting since April 09 and it was finally confirmed in Aug, but since then it still hasn't moved to be payable.

Very slow to pay cash back - shows as pending, but no sign of an actual payment yet and I have been waiting for months. Use another provider and actually get the promised cash back!!

Good motor policy at a fair price even before cashback, the cash back took over three months to appear in my account but it was worth the wait.

Have waited 6months for claim to be acknowledged, was expecting £70 but now they've reduced it to £55 - really, really dissapointed after such a long wait!

Bought insurance on 14/04/09. Cashback didn't track so raised a claim. £70 finally tracked and was 'confirmed' in late August. After several weeks of staying 'confirmed' at the correct £70, I now find that the 'confirmed' sum has been reduced to £55 - no reason given! What is the point of the 'confirmed' status if they are going to change their minds after confirming?? This sucks. Warning to all claimants - don't think of 'closing' any claim you have just because the money has either tracked or confirmed. Thankfully, I kept my claim open and am still persuing..

Confirmation of cashback seems to take ages, yet to progress any further after nearly 3 months for first transaction.

I took out their car insurance in July and still not heard a thing. Topcashback have been in touch with them, but they still have not had any answers. Although it was one of the cheaper quotes I got, I should have used a more trusted company who do pay their cashback. Would not recommend, as their cashback does not materialise.

Hi, If you are moving house and looking to use CIS to cover your new place, give your contact address as the address you are moving from or you will miss out - I did! I was moving so tried CIS for new contents insurance. I faced a problem because I was putting the details of my new place in as my contact address and when I had gone all the way through to making the payment and was asked for a credit check, it kept coming up with an error message. The message told me to contact customer phone line. I tried re-inputting my details time and again with no luck so called up. The first advisor told me to wait, then re-key which I did with no luck. The 2nd time I tried I was told it was because I should have entered my current address. Even though I was inputting that I had lived at this address for a lengthy period of time, credit checks didn't work because the new address was confusing the system. I needed to get it done there and then so missed out on all the cashback!

Motor Insurance taken out on the 14th June hasn't tracked despite several nudges, which is a little frustrating. No sign of it on my co-op account either.
