I have just spent 15 minutes completing all the details necessary for a motor insurance quotation, only to be told right at the end, that the Co_op is unable to quote and to ring a given number. Given that my car is Group 16 which is presumably the issue, and this question is one of the first aked, why is this not highlighted at the start??
