Tracked quickly in April initially, but then went to 0.00. After querying with TCB, showed as pending at £70 which is correct. However, still no sign of confirmation or payment 5 months later. Not sure if I would use them again.

Got a very competitive quote for contents insurance. However cashback still hasn't even tracked after 5 months!! I placed a manual claim a few weeks after the order, but still nothing.

Transaction made 18/4/09. £70 cashback due. Told I have to wait 90 days from the end of the transaction month. After enquiring why I now on 100 days (9th Aug) I still haven't been paid I'm expected to carry on waiting. I'm hoping this waiting period wont continually be lengthened allowing them to wriggle out of payment.

cashback showed £70 after 2 days , now just the long wait of 90 days for co-op to confirm, as stated in conditions, so all moving along well according to the small print on the co-op insurance link.

Cooperative Insurance have once again provided a really competitve quote; in fact , it often comes up as cheapest for me, and with the cashback on top, this really is a good deal. The transaction shows as pending pretty pretty quickly, so am hoping that it wil become confirmed soon.

I agree that patience is needed here. I bought insurance in March which subsequently tracked at 0.00 until last week. Is now pending the £75 offered at the time so hopeful that I will get payment. Will post message if not!

Have tried on 5 different occassions to purchase insurance from this retailer. It keeps telling me my card details are invalid. I have tried 2 diffent maestro cards and a solo. but none are working. Tried ot contact them and they told me its because im going through the cashback site. so my conclusion is... they dont want to pay cashback they have the chaeapest quote for me but the only way im gonna get it is by purchasing over the phone. missing out on cashback altogether!! not great.

Bought car insurance and £70 cashback was pending within 2 days.
Even without the cashback the co-op absolutely blew my previous insurer away. Co-op gave me fully comp for a lot less than my previous insurer charged me for 3rd party.
We'll be changing my wife's insurance to co-op when it's due in september.
