Don't bother.
I got my own car insurance a month ago and all was splendid.
I have been trying to get insurance for my wife's car for the past week and it goes fine until I enter my card details. Then the Co-Op claim my card details are incorrect. They are not.
I phoned Co-Op and they claim it must be because of the link from TCB.
I'll have to go elsewhere now.

Have been trying to pay for my home insurance, but continaully rejects card number, and say's that it is invalid. It also says "system error" when I try other card types. This has happened for the last week, and my cards are definitely in order. Is anyone else having this problem?

I must agree with the previous comment. Car insurance taken out in May, I am still waiting for cashback...tcb have been very helpful and always keep me informed but only worth while if you can wait. Good insurance quote though so may be worth while...

I took out an insurance policy in June and my £40 cashback is still not confirmed.Still chasing up but really not worth the hassle.It was however a cheap insurance quote.

The Co-Op gave me the best price it was easy to sort out I even rang them to check on the details they were very helpful & with the cashback what more could you want.

Co-Op was the best quote for my car insurance this year,and with
60 POUNDS pending this will be the BEST deal i have ever had from
a insurance Co.
Thank you Top Cashback, I am told it takes 90 days to get the cash, will let you know when its in the BANK.

Still waiting for anything to show. Not happy at all! I spoke to Co-operative insurance and they acknowledge the cashback system but said it is up to topcashback to sort. ... which I hope it will!
There is absolutely no doubt that I only clicked via this site, cookies allowed and all that, so no excuses! Where is my money please! Co-Operative need to sort their system out. They even added information to my insurance notes to acknowledge the cashback so why aren't they paying?! Maybe it's 'cos the insurance policy is so low (it's for my car park car) and so they have not had enough money out of me?

Like other customer comment, I too attempted to enter my card number to buy my car insurance at least "5" times without success, very frustrated!!! Is this site just a "con" or are there issues with the site? Who knows maybe there will be some feedback for others in the future but personally I really need to purchase car insurance so have decided to look elsewhere!

Am trying to buy this policy through the link etcc as instructed but have now tried to enter my credit card 4 times! Keeps coming up saying invalid card details! On two different cards? Feeling very frustrated that I can't get my insurance done and can't get the cashback!!!!

Having read other cashback experiences posted on this site, I was very dubious about using the Co-op. However, I got a great car insurance cover plus the cashback tracked the next day. Hope payment is made as stated. I can only say at this stage, I would recommend.

I found it impossibloe to get a qote from the Coop site which seems to have been designed by 'IT experts' who know nothing about motor insurance. If the drivers you want to cover have had something as simple as a 'windscreen claim' in the past 5 years, don't bother to try to getting a quote off this site!!
