Looks like patience is a virtue with this company. I took out car insurance for my wife on 08/04/09. Up to yesterday it had tracked but the amount showed as 0.00. I had already put in a claim and a nudge. Then yesterday the correct amount of £70 appeared, 89 days after the purchase. It has yet to be paid, of course, but now looks very likely. My car insurance is due in August and they still appear to be offering £70 cashback.......

This originally did not track at all. I bought on 7/03/09 and about a month ago it appeared as £0.00 in pending.
Today it has now changed to the £40 that it should have been in the first place.
Fingers crossed this will pay ok now.

Heyy,
Cashback appears as 0.0. I followed what was described on TopCashBack and tried to submit a missing cashback claim. Could not really because TopCashBack could not find the date I clicked through them, so cannot submit missing commission claim! A bit worried!

If you have a maestro rd with 19 digits instead of the normal 16 digits dont go here, they dont accept it online!!
got my best online quote from the co-op but cannot purchase because of this!!! so annoying. i can call up but then i wont get my cashack, cant win!!

Update:....22 June 2009 - Telephoned Co-operative, asked if they had heard of the 'cashback' system and did it exist. They said yes.////22 June 2009 - Made purchase of Car Insurance.////1st July -10 days later, (8 working days), submitted a missing transaction doodee. Interesting to see that cash back 'offer' has changed from £70 to £75 so this company must be active right?! 3rd July - had to speak to Co-Op about policy, so asked them about tracking. They 'read' to me a statement that details they do not pay before 90 days, but any queries or non-tracking should be taken up with the cashback site. They do not/will not deal with the queries about cashback directly. Over to you TopCashBack.co.uk do your stuff!

I bought a home insurance in April 2009 and still waiting for my £40 cash back. Amount is still showing 0.00 despite a manual claim. Still waiting for retailer reply.
It doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
Be aware of this retailer, not trust worthy!!

No sign of tracking after nearly 3 months. Co-op must be one of the worst TCB retailers. It is about time they were removed, unless TCB is going to do something positive about all the lost cashback.

Awful and not to be touched with bargepole - no cashback 2 months on, not even tracked, and denying it is anything to do with them. Now going to ombudsman and if necessary small claims court. They say it's all Top Cashback's fault.

Looks like a con to me. Advertise a high cashback and pay one or 2 claims at the start for publicity, then pull the plug. No signs of tracking after 2 months. Definitely not recommended.

Same story as many others...tracked at £0.00 immediately and nudged TCB when nothing else showed up. They have now clarified that the 90 day validation period starts at the end of the month in which you bought the insurance so my 10th March policy will start tracking on 31st March...we'll see if it appears at the end of June. Will be disappointed if not as generally rate the Co-op highly for all their financial products.
