Still waiting for the cash back to become payable, so will submit yet another missing claim. Topcashback really should do something about Co Op if they are not honouring payments they should remove them! Too many people seem to have issues with them.
Go with another insurance company next time, if you are banking on the cashback, but if the quote is the cheapest well you have not lost anything.

Paid for car insurance in full on 3rd October. Very carefully followed all advice but guess what..Transaction not tracked. Contacted Topcashback, nudged etc, but nothing.. Looks like I'm yet another fool who's not getting any cash back from co-op. Buyer beware and go somewhere else.

I would like to share my experience as follows:
1) Bought car insurance with cashback of GBP70 in March.
2) Raise missing commission claim in April.
3) Cashback tracked in July.
4) Cashback confirmed in September and became payable in October.
5) Got the cashback via BACS today.

My £70 cashback has suddenly become payable (20 Oct 09) after purchasing my policy in mid April. A wait of just over 6 months. The policy is remarkable value with the cashback - at least the Coop does pay up in the end!

Hasn't tracked, despite following all the "rules" to make sure it would track. Not sure what else to do to get tracking to succeed. Quote was done through TCB, insurance bought through TCB, cookies cleared etc. I give up!

I have tried 4 times over the last week to buy home insurance from the Co-op. Each time the page comes up with an apology for a system error and advises me to call the 0845 number.
Is this their way to get around web discount and cashback?

Took out my policy end of March and have only now received payment (16 Oct). Had to chase repeatedly on this. Will consider carefully if worth the effort in future. Topcashback thank you as always for your diligence and hardwork on resolving this for me. A heck of a lot of hassle and took almost 7 months - a lot longer than 90 days plus 2-4 weeks!
