Pretty good in making cashback available to TopCashback compared to most retailers that make someone wait for several months. Would be a lot better getting way more than 52p cashback after spending £65 on a purchase.

declined cashback for no reason
Declined cashback for no reason. Placed a large order, thinking they were a good reputable company, which isn't true if they can't honour their promised cashback, and the shoes are less comfortable than they used to be. Won't be buying from them again.

Cashback declined, who knows why. Also, shoes were dispatched only on the day I had paid for delivery on. Delivery a day late and they used Hermes. Shoes are good, but overall experience poor.
