Had some problems. When trying to establish delivery date got a very vague email response from them. Goods arrived and the towel had two pulls in it. Tried to find out if they would cover all my costs in returning the item. First email response was woolly and didn't answer my question. Emailed again and still didn't get an answer. The items were so heavy and costly to post that I ended up keeping them in seconds condition because I do not trust the person I had to deal with in customer services.

Product brilliant but admin very poor. Had to chase order only to be told 'yeh - not sent cos 4 of the 6 items out of stock & now discontinued'. Would've been nice to have been told.

Terrible, they take the money when you place the order - its only when you chase them up after 2 weeks do they bother to tell you the items are out of stock - still waiting for a refund!
