	Very difficult cashback for Celebrity Cruises I booked a through on the Celebrity website going through TCB however didn't show in my account, I submitted a claim and this has been going on for over a year now with no help.

	Does it ever track? I have booked 3 cruises through TCB and none have tracked. Raising a claim seems to take a long time, my longest claim is 7 months and still no resolution.

	Didn't register via Top cash back Booked via Topcash back and notice it did not register, logged an issue with top cash back twice and still nothing registering and no contact. Worth about 300-400 quid and zero point

	Reliable. I've booked two cruises so far via TCB and although it takes quite a while to become payable after confirmation, it's definitely worth the wait!

	Poor, paid in full in may, cruise taken in August and chasing since October. Finally paid out in February.

	Cashback tracked and confirmed fairly quickly but stayed confirmed for months and months before finally becoming payable. I was starting to think it never would. Long wait but well worth it!

	Whenever possible i now always choose to sail with Celebrity. Cashback is an added bonus and this was paid within hours of my paying the final balance for cruise.
