Very quick to track, with a good level of cashback. Everyone knows Butlins but with young kids there is plenty to keep them busy and wear them out. They can't wait to go.
The booking process was simple, fast and the paperwork arrived within a few days. We got a very good deal for half term so the whole family is happy.

PITIFUL THE LENGTH OF TIME ITS TAKING, MONTHS NOW AND STILL HAVENT GOT PAID, BUT THROUGH ANOTHER CASHBACK SITE FROM START TO FINISH TOOK ONLY TWO WEEKS AND THE MONEYS IN THE BANK ! SO WHATS GOING ON HERE ON TOPCASHBACK IM STILL NON THE WISER!

took months to get this cashback through topcashback and then at the wrong percentage but through other site and at 7% it took two weeks to get paid! yes thats right, from transaction start to end only two weeks !

First they offered me less money than I was expecting (they had the total price of my holiday wrong). Finally after lots and lots of whinging (over about 6 months) I got this increased to the correct amount. To be fair, they did originally offer about 85% of the price I was expecting... but then I booked a holiday for 18 people so it was worth arguing to get extra.

I made a booking with Butlins on 9th July 2009 and paid in full due to the timescale, but it has not shown up YET!!! Getting a bit worried now as we spent £500!!! A good cashback on 9%!!

At first i only got 4% cashback which i queried it has now been increased to the full 9% from booking to getting cashback confirmed only took 6 days

Just a note to revise my previous comments ...
The cashback amount is now showing at the correct 9%, so it looks like it tracks at 4 % to begin, but give it a couple of days and it will show as it should.

Tracked quickly, but not at "massive Butlins increase" of 9% , more like 4% ish !!!
Do not believe the statement of 9% in the top tips column.

Initially the cashback was shown as tracked at 9% of pre vat value - but now just under 4%. Still waiting for an explanation so beware!!
