Booked and paid the deposit, but nothing tracked. Thought that i ay be because i hadn't paid in full. have since paid the outstanding balance and still not tracked - really disappointed! Have submitted a claim and will keep my fingers crossed.

STILL not even tracked + its been a couple of months now since we went on hol, which cost £600 so very annoyed!!!
