Went to Bognor. Great family holiday. Service was great. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Plenty to do. My 6 year old wants to know when we're going again!

I have been to Butlins more than 15 times, and cashback has always tracked, and been paid quickly. Butlins itself offers fantastic value for money, and a wonterful holiday for kids, even without the cashback! You can'y lose on this one!!

I made the purchase through the topcashback website. However, the transaction did not track. I had to submit a manual claim and after a good few months topcashback managed to obtain some of the money for me, although it was less than expected. Thank you topcashback for your efforts.

Purchased a holiday by clicking throught to Butlins. Initially the cashback tracked correctly showing correct amount. It then went down to zero as being payable. I then submitted a ticket through top cashback - cashback showed up again. However, it has now gone back to zero being payable. I have wasted a lot of time with this and can't be bothered any more. Other merchants are much better at paying out than Butlins.

Cashback didn't track automatically, but submitted a claim which was sorted quickly (about two weeks before we went on holiday). Holiday was great, entertainment was excellent but drinks on the resort were very expensive. Just waiting for the cashback to become payable.
