Really positive experience. Everything happened as it should - initally the Cash card wasnt available but emailed BT and sorted in less than 24 hours. Just waiting for it ti arrive now. Very happy with my BT purchase.

Cashback amount from the vendor was finalised and paid in 4-5 weeks as mentioned on topcashback site. Happy to have switched to BT.

BT requires payment when BT have not provided any services to me. From Jun 2017 I do not have a broadband. I report about broadband fault but BT have not records about that... First when I report about problem, personal member ask me wait and problem will be resorted. But nothing changes. So I call again and BT explain that problem with router and they will send me new one. I wait about 2 weeks but router do not come. BT do not have records about that! So I call again and talld that I want cancel BT services, because BT do not provide me broadband. Later I call again and said that I moving house. So I have to pay if from middle of June and all Jul I have not got any service from BT!

My overall experience with BT installing broadband was atrocious. And after the four and a half month it took them, they added insult to injury and rejected my cashback. It was only after a complained to the BT Chairman's office that this was reinstated ... but another month on and they still haven't paid out.
