No star actually! Disappointed with Toocashback and BT as both side keep pushing the responsibility to each other for my declined cashback. Totally not happy at all. Consider properly before taking out the contract as sometime we might be turn down for the cashback so it not worth to take out such expensive line rental from BT. My first time and last time with them.

The actual connecting to Broadband was fine but getting the promised Reward card was a nightmare. BT lied to me about when I would receive it on at least 3 occasions, each time delaying and delaying. They haven't a clue about Customer Service. Unless you chase them you won't get what their contract promises.

Service with BT has been horrendous! I have had lots of problems and nothing seems to be getting resolved. Ill be switching back to sky as soon as I can

I have received cashback promptly BUT have escalated a complaint to BT as they have declined cashback from them as per conditions of their offer of cashback in addition that they offer for Cashback. I will let you know how this proceeds.
