	Didn't honour cashback Opened a claim with all the details provided and then told 'Unfortunately, it seems as though they have taken the decision to decline your claim as we have not been identified as the last channel to your sale.' So cautionary tale about choosing deals without factoring in cash-back as it may not track, which feels misleading and like misselling.

	Took out broadband package via Broadband Genie in November 2018 with the promise of a £75 Tesco voucher. Said it would arrive within 90 days. It's now April and I have not got my voucher. Contacted them 13 times. They just say they are waiting for confirmation from my ISP. Avoid and save yourself the pain. They are quick to respond to a critique it's a pity they can't do the same for a query.

	Excellent cash back received as stated... waited a fair while, 23 weeks, so a little over time stated but all worked out good in the end. happy customer all round

	CON. They do not honour the cashback.. yes they paid out, but then the payment was returned and marked as declined. No useful assistance from TCB

	The cashback tracked as Pending but never went to payable. I contacted TCB and they advised me to wait a few days longer. Now Declined and TCB cannot or will not help with this
